Suspected garden mower thief arrested after chase
A Florida man accused of stealing a garden mower was captured after being noticed pushing down a set of railroad tracks within the panhandle.
PENSACOLA, Fla. – A Florida man accused of stealing a garden mower is dealing with felony prices after fleeing from deputies within the panhandle.
In accordance with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Workplace, deputies had been referred to as to a house to research a housebreaking during which the suspect stole a garden mower, AirPods, and different objects valued at over $500.
Whereas deputies had been on the scene taking the report, a neighbor stated the stolen garden mower was being pushed down the railroad observe behind the properties.

Deputy Downing went to the tracks, noticed the suspect, and gave chase.

Deputy Downing continued the pursuit and adopted the suspect, who has been recognized as Marcus Dale, over two fences earlier than catching up with him and placing him in handcuffs.
Dale was taken into custody and charged with two counts of housebreaking, resisting an officer with out violence, and petit theft with two or extra prior convictions, which makes it a felony.
